From Code to Boardroom: A Four-Week Strategy Sprint from Business Goals to Actionable Tech Plan
Turning a business vision into a delivery-ready technology strategy is often more complex than it first appears. It requires balancing the needs of stakeholders with the realities of the market and the constraints of engineering, while keeping focus on the bigger picture.
In this session, you will explore a four-week strategy sprint framework shaped by over 15 years of experience as an engineer, product builder, business owner, and community leader. Using real product development cases, you will see how technical insight can influence strategic decisions and lead to better outcomes.
The framework is designed as a step-by-step journey. You will move from opportunity framing to domain exploration, then into solution design, roadmap creation, and finally the handover to delivery.
Whether you are a founder, a tech lead, or a strategist, this session will give you a clear and practical process that can be applied to turn vision into execution.
