Session Outline:
With Great Power ... Comes Great Unpredictability: Spin the Wheel at TechTok
To close TechTok 2026, we are handing part of the conversation over to chance.
Moderated by Alexia Stafrace, Leverage Your EQ, the session brings together Simon Theuma, Malta Startup Space; Prof. Alexiei Dingli, Digital Brain; Greta Rapinett, CX Consultant; and Daniel Thompson-Yvetot, CrabNebula and Comply Land for a fast-moving discussion driven by two spinning wheels.
One wheel will land on one of TechTok’s seven tracks. The other will introduce a completely unexpected topic. The challenge is simple: connect the two, think on the spot, and make the argument work.
Expect sharp thinking, unusual connections, healthy disagreement, humour and a few moments where even the experts may be unsure where the conversation is heading.
After a full day exploring technology, innovation and responsibility, this closing panel puts adaptability, creativity and quick thinking to the test. Because with great power comes great unpredictability.
About Alexia
Alexia Stafrace is a Certified Public Accountant with a foundation degree in Communication and Psychology, and over two decades of work experience across HSBC, PwC, and RSM Malta. She is an ICF-accredited executive coach, a somatic practitioner, and one of the few people who can bridge the gap between hard data and how people work - making the case that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a performance metric, and that leveraging it, is the bridge between people, technology and profit.
Before moving into leadership development, she spent over a decade as a national radio broadcaster and has spent over 25 years observing what makes people tick - including herself.
Today, Alexia tutors Public Speaking to MBA students, and she coaches executives, facilitates workshops, and speaks globally. Her message to the world is: intuition and data aren't opposites; the rare few, they lead with both.
