Session Outline:
Scaling Tech Teams: How to Engage Vetted Engineers in 30 Days
Building engineering teams quickly remains one of the biggest challenges facing modern organisations. Traditional recruitment processes often require months of sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding before the right talent can contribute to a project.
This session explores how the Virtual Bench model is changing the way companies scale technical teams by providing access to pre-vetted engineers who have already undergone technical and professional assessment. Rather than starting the recruitment process from scratch whenever a need arises, organisations can tap into an established network of qualified specialists and significantly reduce the time required to build capability.
Through practical examples and real-world insights, attendees will learn how advance vetting helps reduce hiring risk, accelerates project delivery, and provides access to specialised expertise when it is needed most. The session will also compare traditional hiring approaches with talent network models, highlighting how leading organisations are moving from recruitment timelines measured in months to deployment timelines measured in days.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how vetted talent networks can support business growth, improve agility, and enable faster execution of technology initiatives.
