The belief that “more tokens” or bigger tools will automatically solve problems leads to rising costs, fragile systems, and exhausted teams. Incremental gains get harder, while complexity quietly grows.
Real progress comes from focus and restraint: choosing the right level of sophistication, questioning hype, and optimizing what already works instead of endlessly reinventing it.
The hardest skill isn’t adopting what’s new- it’s knowing when enough is enough.
