Session Outline:
The Agentic Enterprise: Building Trusted AI at Scale for Business Value

This session explores how organisations are moving from traditional automation and AI copilots towards governed, orchestrated AI agents that can reason, plan, use tools, and coordinate work across enterprise workflows.  It will begin by defining the “Agentic Enterprise” and explaining the shift from fixed-rule automation to goal-directed execution supported by human oversight and enterprise controls.

Participants will then experience a practical reference architecture covering experience layers, specialised agents, orchestration, enterprise systems, data, and governance foundations.  The session will highlight key industry trends, early-value use cases across IT, service operations, knowledge work, finance, and compliance, and why Microsoft provides a strong launchpad for agentic adoption.

Through real-world examples and implementation insights, attendees will learn how to design scalable agent ecosystems, measure business outcomes, and establish a framework for sustainable AI-driven innovation.
