Transforming to AI‑Powered End-to-End Game Development
This session explores how AI is becoming the backbone of modern game development, marking a major shift in the 2025–26 landscape. It provides a practical look at how Llamaplay Studio integrates AI across the full development lifecycle, from concept to live operations.
Through real-world examples, including AI hackathons and rapid prototyping, the talk showcases how tools for voice, dialogue, art, and autonomous systems are enabling faster and more experimental game creation. It also highlights emerging scenarios where AI agents drive complex systems such as economies and governance within game environments.
The session introduces new AI-first development models, where traditional roles evolve and teams focus more on orchestrating intelligent systems. It also emphasises the importance of balancing AI capabilities with human creativity, ensuring quality through continuous validation and player feedback.
Attendees will leave with a clear view of current capabilities, practical applications, and where AI-powered game development is heading next.
About Hannah
Hannah is a multidisciplinary product and game development leader with a background spanning video games, iGaming, product management, analytics, and business operations. With over a decade of experience across gaming, tech, and consulting, she has led cross-functional teams through concept development, prototyping, and live delivery. She holds two master’s degrees, combining strong technical expertise with a sharp commercial and strategic mindset.
She is the founder of Llamaplay Studio, an indie game development company based in Malta, where she leads game design, UX, and core systems across a portfolio of original titles. Four of these are currently in active development and set for release on Steam.
Hannah has a strong interest in innovative mechanics and player psychology, with a focus on building products that balance artistic identity with market viability. She is also passionate about exploring how AI is reshaping what is possible for small, independent studios.
