Shawn Grech is a Business Process Manager with over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain. He started his career as a shipping clerk and, without any formal IT background, gradually transitioned into building digital solutions that streamline operations and solve real business problems.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to improve the way things work, Shawn began creating simple Excel-based tools, which eventually evolved into fully automated systems using low-code technologies. His work has helped reduce manual effort, eliminate inefficiencies, and deliver measurable results across supply chain processes.
